- Public letter of intent in accordance with the provisions of the Supply Regulations § 17-5. This letter of intent replace the letter of intent from 13.11.2024 (Ted no. 691264-2024) and letter of intent from 3.12.2024 (Ted no. 737997-2024) with updated supplier information. The letter of intent applies to places Scandinavia AS, and do not place Robel Services GmbH as stated in the first published announcement. The second correction applies to a error translation in Ted and does not entail any changes to the Norwegian edition. To the one it may concern NOR SF, on the basis of the Supply Regulations § 9-3 B 3. For the intention of entering into a framework agreement with supplier Passes Scandinavia AS on spare parts and Competence on yellow work machines for rail. Bane Nor wants to go into direct negotiations with the supplier with a view to establishing an agreement that meets our needs as described below: The agreement will ensure that Bane Nor gets all the necessary spare parts, updated software and maintenance services to the manufacturer's specific vehicles.
