- The Ministry of Education and Research wants an evaluation that looks at the effects of Norwegian participation in Erasmus+, the EU's programme for education, training, youth and sports, from 2014 to 2025, and a socio-economic analysis of the potential dividend of Norwegian participation in the next Erasmus+ programme, which starts in 2028. The assignment is two parts: 1. Prepare an evaluation that looks at the effects of Norwegian participation in Erasmus+ from 2014 to 2025, with a main focus on the current programme period (2021-2027). 2. Preparation of socio-economic analysis of the potential dividend of Norwegian participation in the next programme period (2028-2034). The estimated value of the procurement is up to NOK 200,000,000. NOK 1.7 million excluding VAT. The final deadline for the assignment is 1 June 2026.
