- BKK AS shall enter into a framework agreement for courses in first aid for electricity accidents and FSE. The framework agreement consists of two sub-contracts and a contract shall be signed with up to two tenderers. The same tenderer can be awarded both contracts. This sub-contract is for the delivery of FSE courses. Further information on the contract works is in the SSA-R Annex FSE-course.
